A parish ball in Bratislava, where we provided full catering for a festive evening of dancing and fine food. Guests were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and strawberry, followed by a rich warm buffet, bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin, roasted rosemary potatoes and breaded specialities. A generous dessert and fruit bar rounded off the evening with mini cakes, cream puffs, fruit tartlets and fresh fruit. We also handled professional service and elegant table settings.
