A wedding reception in the historic halls of Schloss Laxenburg near Vienna. We welcomed the newlyweds and their guests with a rosé sparkling wine toast and a generous cold buffet – charcuterie and cheese boards with fresh figs, grapes and nuts, crackers and fresh bread. The reception followed at round tables in the theatre hall, with its painted walls and crystal chandeliers: broth and sharing platters of schnitzel, grilled chicken, roast potatoes and rice served straight to the tables, with fresh salads alongside. We took care of on-site food preparation, service and waiting staff throughout the evening.
