An open-air wedding reception in the gardens of the Renaissance castle Schloss Rosenburg in Lower Austria. For the newlyweds and their guests we served a plated menu – beef carpaccio with parmesan and caper berries, soup and main courses finished on site, including chicken with carrot purée and green beans and a meat-free stuffed aubergine. The evening belonged to a buffet of canapés, mini burgers, wraps and vegan cucumber rolls, and a dessert bar with pastries, fresh fruit, popcorn, candy floss and a chocolate fountain. We took care of on-site food preparation, plated service and waiting staff throughout the day.
